Three Demands

July 1st, 1942
Today boss gave me a very important task. He told me to deliver a very important message to the US Embassy to general Stilwell to forward to Washington DC. He didn't tell me what it was, but just the fact that it is important. As I walked with the note into my room to grab some clothes to wear, for I had spilled spices all over my clothing. When I got there the note fell out of its envelope right side up so that I could read it. It was addressed to the President of the United States of America Franklin Roosevelt. It had a very interesting list of three demands. He wanted 5,000 tons of supplies, 500 war planes, and 3 US Divisions for the Chinese theater of war. If the US sends this to us, there will be no way in heck that we lose to the stinking Japanese.
