Special Customers

December 9th, 1936

Tonight at work we had a very special customer come in to eat dinner. Chiang Kai Shek, and his brother in law TV Soong. They ordered the snake, and I was the one chosen to prepare it for them. I went out to show him the different options of which snake to eat. I tried to talk to them more than just what snake they wanted and two very large, intimidating men stood up giving me the signal to go. I went back and worked really hard on the dish and brought it out for them. It was very cool being in the presence of someone so famous and you serving them. I really hope that they liked the snake I made for them.
